The Box Office will begin processing refunds the week of 9/21. You should see the refund on your credit card/debit card within 7-10 business days, depending on the bank. If you paid with cash or check, or if your credit card changed since you purchased, please call our Box Office at 828-257-4530, ext. 1 with the credit card number you would like your tickets refunded to. The Box Office is open for calls Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 4pm.
