Student Series
The Wortham Center’s popular Student Series features high quality, curriculum-related performances by professional, nationally touring companies in music, dance and theatre. The Student Series is open to school groups, homeschoolers, community groups and families with students from PreK to Grade 12, serving thousands of students each year — stretching minds, working imaginations and deepening learning.
Tickets: $12 each / $11 for groups of 11 or more.
The Arts for All Kids initiative provides need-based scholarships to cover the cost of admission for students and schools. To apply, first fill out the Group Reservation Form. Then complete the Arts for All Kids Scholarship Application. Available in August for the 2024/2025 season.
Reservations for small groups or individuals (10 people or less) may be made by completing the Student Series Reservation Form or by calling the box office at 828-257-4530 ext. 1.
Reservations for large groups (11 people or more) may be made by completing the Student Series Reservation Form. Please note that all group reservations require a deposit of $1 per ticket. Please contact the box office if you have any questions.
Please note that children under 2 years of age are not permitted at the Student Series.
