About Old Blind Dogs
Old Blind Dogs began in Aberdeen in 1992 when four musicians from very different musical backgrounds came together with a shared goal: bringing the rich tradition of Scottish songs and tunes to international audiences. The current lineup features original member Jonny Hardie alongside Aaron Jones, Donald Hay, and former Battlefield Band musician Mike Katz. Their fourteenth studio album, Knucklehead Circus, reflects the band’s ongoing tradition of innovating within Scottish music while remaining faithful to its essence.
