Wortham’s ARTS RISING! initiative, conceived in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, was created to uplift and bring the community together, while also making the arts more accessible in this challenging time.

Arts for All Kids
Children who learn through the arts develop self-confidence, creative problem solving skills, a broader understanding of the world around them, and empathy for others. Funded by corporate, foundation and individual donors, Arts for All Kids provides scholarships for economically disadvantaged students to benefit from arts programming at the Wortham.
