Student and teacher favorite Aquila Theatre Company offers two Shakespeare workshops for students
Aquila teaching artists will work with teachers to help aid their Shakespeare teaching unit and fit within the time frame of a single class. The tools shared will offer an approach to reading Shakespeare that can carry over into the rest of the unit as students explore this timeless tale with their teachers.
Students will learn techniques to read Macbeth as it was intended to be read and understood for the stage and uncover Shakespeare’s directional clues embedded in the text.
Macbeth In a Minute
An interactive workshop where students will work as a group to break down the story of Macbeth into its essential story blocks and perform the story online in under a minute!
